After returning to Denver after many years away, my wife and I decided to rent for a year until we figured out how and where we wanted to live.
Working with Regina gave us the flexibility to look in many different neighborhoods. We believed finding the right neighborhood was the first step, and once that was determined, we could find the perfect house. 
And then when we found the perfect house, it still wasn’t exactly perfect and needed a little lightening, brightening, general updating and TLC. 
Thanks to Gina we found a great plumber, electrician, and other trade professionals who helped turn the perfect house into the perfect home.
All in all, working with Gina has been an incredible experience, and for us, who have worked with a number of good realtors, we have found Gina to be the best.
