I’ve bought and sold 3 houses and have experienced both extremes in terms of the real estate professionals I’ve dealt with and I’ll just say that hands down Gina Padilla is the best. She is extraordinary. She is not just concerned about closing a deal, she’s truly concerned with finding the right deal for her clients, regardless of what it takes. She has numerous resources to help with whatever issue may come up (i.e. we were considering a house that we liked but needed some remodel work done – she had a general contractor who showed up at the showing and gave us our options). And she handles ALL administrative tasks related to the house we ultimately settled on and made sure all aspects were taken care of so it was a stress free experience.
Regina has distinguished herself as the best agent I could imagine. Not only did she find me the home I was looking for after going through 2 other agents and seeing 50 plus properties in an 8 month period, but she has also continued to support my homeowner needs 6 months after purchase. She expertly handled a difficult negotiation with an unmotivated/inexperienced seller. The result was a smooth transaction and unlikely on-time closing. Further, Regina has been a bottomless resource of reliable and high quality/value contractors for my painting, plumbing; irrigation; flooring; and landscaping needs. Regina is the only agent I would recommend in Denver and extended area and have done so to close friends and coworkers.
After returning to Denver after many years away, my wife and I decided to rent for a year until we figured out how and where we wanted to live.
