The Denver Tech Center, or DTC, is a large business district along I-25 that straddles Denver and Greenwood Village. Corporate offices, hotels and restaurants fill the area, and it has become a residential destination as well.
Housing here is mostly apartments, condos and townhomes, plus nearby single-family neighborhoods. Light rail stations connect the district to downtown Denver, and many residents live close to their workplace, which reduces the daily commute. Parks and trails are within easy reach.
