Cherry Hills Village is a small, primarily residential city just south of Denver. Zoning keeps lots large, which gives the community a spacious, semi-rural feel with mature trees, horse properties and private country clubs.
Most homes are custom or estate-style properties, and the city has very little commercial development, so shopping and dining are in nearby Cherry Creek, Greenwood Village and Englewood. The Cherry Creek School District serves much of the city.
